Email support@sofla.app for help with Sofla, questions about this website, or privacy concerns. Sofla and this website were created by Aleksei Iunes. This is the public support contact for the project; we do not have a postal address.

Before writing, check the installation guide for download and first-launch instructions and the FAQ for compatibility and product answers. Sofla is a free native Mac app launcher for Apple silicon Macs running macOS 26 or later.

Reporting a problem

Include your Sofla version, macOS version, the steps that led to the problem, and what you expected to happen. For a website problem, include the page URL and browser version. A short description of whether the problem concerns the native app or the browser demo helps us understand it.

For public bug reports and feature suggestions, follow Report an issue in the footer to the GitHub issue tracker. Search existing reports first. Remove private information from screenshots and logs before posting, and do not include passwords, access tokens, or other secrets in email or a public issue.

Privacy questions and corrections

Use the same support email for questions about the Privacy page or to point out inaccurate product information. Include the relevant URL and the correction you are suggesting. The website has no contact form or account system; emailing us uses your email provider, and GitHub has its own account and privacy policies.
